When we began in 1993 we made it our mission to source only in the best in olives which could be filled with our unique stuffings.
Manzanilla olives being the most highly appreciated was the logical choice for us, having a large size, perfect flesh and divine flavour.
Starting out with an initial range of five types of stuffed olives, we now have a range that currently totals sixteen and includes cheeses from around Australia.
Our agreements with our cheese suppliers also guarantees that only our olives can be found with their award winning cheeses in them.
We have also in our range of products, our Stackable Bottle, which has proved to be a fantastic addition to a wineries add-on product section and also makes a fantastic gift.
From our infused
oils and balsamics range you can try an Australian bush flavour Lemon
Myrtle, a Chilli olive oil, a Balsamic vinegar and our Caramelised balsamic which
is divine if we do say so ourselves!
To compliment the Caramelised Balsamic we have Mimi's Egyptian Dukkah which can either be eaten with bread dipped in our Caramelised Balsamic or used as a rub on meats prior to roasting
For those of you that have a taste for wine, we have a range of Gourmet Wine Sauces. Made with Australian wine, these are a complete sauce that only needs to be heated before serving.They are also perfect cold as dips.
